Ashley Paul

Founder & Director,

Involve-MENT in Motion

Ashley Paul is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Adaptive Fitness Trainer (Special Strong), and seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience. She founded Involve-MENT in Motion with a deep commitment to bridging the health gap within the IDD community—particularly inspired by her adult son, Jalen, who has Autism. With two years of hands-on experience leading adaptive fitness programs for teens and adults, Ashley has seen firsthand the impact that movement, structure, and inclusion can have on both physical and mental well-being. She currently partners with High Rise Day Habilitation Center in Cedar Hill, TX, where she provides weekly fitness sessions tailored to the needs of adults with developmental disabilities. Driven by the troubling reality that individuals with IDD live 15–20 years less than their peers—largely due to preventable health issues—Ashley founded Involve-MENT in Motion to make regular fitness both accessible and empowering. Her professional background in accounting allows her to strategically manage the financial operations of the nonprofit while keeping its mission at the forefront. Outside of her advocacy and leadership, Ashley is a passionate supporter of women’s sports and a lifelong basketball enthusiast.
